Ask Them

The “Ask Them” is a combination of Reply Mini keypads and a Solo base station that allows speedy opinion gathering from groups of up to 50 in number.

The Mini keypad is a small and light 5 button keypad that is easy to hold and operate. It has a small green light which lights up when a button is pressed and then goes off when the Solo has acknowledged that it has received the vote from the Mini – this guarantees to the holder of the Mini that his or her vote has actually been received by the Solo base station.

The Solo is a small light base station that transmits and receives data to and from the Mini keypads. The Facilitator can hold the Solo in the hand and can read the question asked from the screen to the participants (or the Solo can be connected to a projector or television). The Facilitator then asks the participants to “Vote Now” and can see on the screen how many keypads have voted on the question put. Once the voting has finished the Facilitator can then view the results on the LCD screen.

Questions can either be the pre-set questions that are hard wired into the Solo, or they can be produced on a computer using the question design utility and transferred over to the Solo with a memory stick. Data received during sessions can be stored on the Solo and downloaded later for further analysis.

The “Ask Them” consists of 20 Mini Keypads, a Solo base station, a small hard case and a Reply memory stick with question design utility and retails for UK£769.99 + Delivery and VAT. Additional Mini keypads will cost UK£29.99 and the Solo can handle 50 Mini keypads.

The Mini keypads can be used as a more traditional voting system when combined with the CRS 940 Wordwide base station or the CRS 941 USB stick base station.

We sell and rent the “Ask Them” system. Contact us for further information.
