The Reply family of audience response products use Fleetwood patented protocols and technology to ensure accuracy and speed of data communication. Other manufacturer's products have to use different less efficient data transmission technologies so as not to impinge upon the Fleetwood patents.
Fleetwood has been designing and manufacturing the Reply range of RF audience response products for more than 15 years - it was the first manufacturer of radio based wireless keypads and has designed and manufactured all of its own products at its factory in Holland, Michigan, USA. Other manufacturers tend to have their products manufactured by other companies in other countries
The Reply range of audience response products have a 2 year warranty. Most other manufacturers have a 1 year warranty.
The Reply family of audience response products use true two-way communications protocols - the participant presses a button on the keypad thus sending their vote, the number they pressed shows on the screen (or a light shows) and the number disappears (or the light goes off) only when the base station has sent a signal back to the keypad telling the keypad that its vote has been received. Most other manufacturers say there products do this, but they don't.
The Reply family has a number of different voting softwares that cover almost every audience response need. Most other manufacturer's products have just one voting software.
